Ski Touring Itinerary - Expert Skiers Only

Please note that to do this itinerary you must be an experienced skier in all off-piste conditions, including breakable crust as well as deep, light powder. You need to be extremely fit and ski fast on and off-piste on steep slopes and are able to ski couloirs. Included is the ability to climb on skins with pack and at times carrying your own skis. If you climb to the top of Tronadour ice-axes will be used. You must understand that by committing to this tour you are accepting that you will work as a team with other members of your group and the guide.

      Day 1 Fly London - Buenos Aires overnight flight. Arrive a.m. on Day 2

      Day 2 Arrive Buenos Aires Ezeiza International Airport. Transfer to Aeroparque Domestic Airport for flight to San Martin de los Andes. Met
               and tranferred to Hotel, to check in and continue to Chapelco mountain to meet guide. Rest of the afternoon to ski Cerro Chapelco
               with ski guide. Night in San Martin de los Andes

      Day 3 Ski Chapelco off-piste for guide assessment of ski levels. Night in San Martin de los Andes.

      Day 4 Ascent of Lanin Volcano. Night in San Martin.

      Day 5 Drive across to Bariloche - 4 hours across some of the most beautiful scenery alongside the River Traful through the Enchanted                 Valley. Night in Catedral.

      Day 6 Meet guide and Ski Catedral. Night in Catedral.

      Day 7 Off-piste skiing across over the Catedral Needles down to Refugio Frey. Night at Refugio Frey.

      Day 8 Depart Refugio Frey for day's ski touring, arriving at Estancia late afternoon. Night at Estancia.

      Day 9 Rest Day at Estancia walk, kayak, ride or just relax with a massage! Night at Estancia.

      Day 10 Depart on Tronadour Expedition. Night at Refugio Otto Meiling.

      Day 11 Ascent of Tronadour to Pico Argentine. Descend to Refugio Otto Meiling for lunch. Return to Estancia. Night at Estancia.

      Day 12 Rest Day at Estancia walk, kayak, ride or just relax with a massage! Night at Estancia.

      Day 13 Fly to Buenos Aires. Rest of Day to enjoy the City. Night in Buenos Aires.

      Day 14 International flight to London. Arrive Day 15.
